Welcome to another Sunday Potpourri, a venue for weekly tidbits. For more thorough updates, check out my Weekly Sunday/Monday Updates post.
I had a wonderful birthday weekend, beginning with lunch on Friday at Pismo’s….a sleepover with my delightful grandson Noah, and a lively dinner with my youngest son and my daughter, with their partners.
Steven cooked a delicious meal…and then we had a lot of fun sharing tidbits from movies and other “potpourri,” including the Manson Family. Okay, we are a bit weird at times. LOL
And my son Chris and his wife brought me these lovely fall flowers…
They seem to fit right in with my Halloween figurines.
I also had a great reading week, and finished my latest book for a November 14 blog tour stop: Woman On Top, by Deborah Schwartz. I was amazed at how much I enjoyed it. I thought I might, but you know how it is…sometimes a book just grabs you.
On the fourteenth, check out my review at Rainy Days and Mondays.
Today I’ll be hanging out with Noah again…I hope there is a movie playing that we’ll both enjoy.
