As Aubrey’s time in Prague comes to an end, she continues to explore the surrounding areas. In the photo above, she is overlooking Zurich.
Below, she is standing tall in the center of Nuremberg.
Luxuriating in the twinkling city lights…
Exploring Salzburg, Austria…
The beauty of Hallstatt, Austria…
Another way to remember Zurich…

As these bittersweet moments end too soon, Aubrey will never see the world the same way. Can she ever enjoy San Diego, CA, again?
Being home with family should help with that.

I have never explored these wonderful places IRL…but I’ve definitely loved seeing them from Aubrey’s perspective.
Meanwhile, I am enjoying my reading, and today’s delightful cozy mystery is Eaves of Destruction, by Kate Carlisle.

Now that the holidays are behind us, I’m loving my normal routines. What do yours look like?

Well…getting back to normal is good and I am so ready to put my Santas away. It’s wonderful that she was able to travel and study this way.

Thanks, Patty, and I’m excited that Aubrey had the experience, and that she wasn’t completely away from family, since her uncle (my eldest son) lives in Prague.
I am also happy to have the Christmas decorations away again…and after I had put everything away (or so I thought), I saw that the Christmas Bears were still on the hearth! lol

What amazing adventures she is having! She is so much more daring than I was when I was her age…how happy I am that young women today are so adventurous!

I can’t even imagine doing such a thing at her age! I had just started my senior year at university, but I was also married. That state definitely curbs the activities…LOL.
Thanks for stopping by, Deb.

What a wonderful opportunity for Aubrey to see that part of the world. I’ve enjoyed the photos of her adventure. I’m sure she’ll have lots of stories to share.
Thank you for visiting my blog and leaving a comment.

Thanks, Sandy, and I’m glad my eldest son was nearby (in Prague) to help out, if necessary. Although she is pretty spunky and adventurous. Enjoy your weekend!

It’s always fun to explore and, doing it with the photos of others’ is almost as good ad being there! Great photos.

Oh wow…such great pictures! My husband and I spent one night in Zurich on our honeymoon. It was meant to be just a stopover, but we really enjoyed it and wished we had more time there.
