EAGERLY ANTICIPATING:

It will be a long wait for An Anonymous Girl, a new book from writing team of Greer Hendricks & Sarah Pekkanen:  coming January 8, 2019.

Synopsis:  The next novel of psychological suspense and obsession from the authors of the blockbuster bestseller The Wife Between Us

Seeking women ages 18–32 to participate in a study on ethics and morality. Generous compensation. Anonymity guaranteed.

When Jessica Farris signs up for a psychology study conducted by the mysterious Dr. Shields, she thinks all she’ll have to do is answer a few questions, collect her money, and leave. But as the questions grow more and more intense and invasive and the sessions become outings where Jess is told what to wear and how to act, she begins to feel as though Dr. Shields may know what she’s thinking…and what she’s hiding. As Jess’s paranoia grows, it becomes clear that she can no longer trust what in her life is real, and what is one of Dr. Shields’ manipulative experiments. Caught in a web of deceit and jealousy, Jess quickly learns that some obsessions can be deadly.

From the authors of the blockbuster bestseller The Wife Between Us comes an electrifying new novel about doubt, passion, and just how much you can trust someone.

    1. Thanks for visiting, Cathy, and I loved Castaway Cottage and all the other books set on this Connecticut shore. From movies I’ve seen set in Cornwall, I can see the resemblance, too.

      Enjoy your week!

    1. Thanks for stopping by, Patty; my books this week have been 400+ pages…but luckily, the stories are so captivating that I don’t care how long they take. Immersing myself in them is such a pleasure.

    1. Thanks, Cleo, sometimes the comments I make disappear, too; I will search for your original one…it might have gone to spam, but that doesn’t usually happen to yours!

And yes, I was stunned by all the twists of Our House…and eventually started to realize what had happened…but then that ending. Wow! Left me wondering about what might happen next.
