Just the name Secluded Cabin Sleep Six is enough to creep me out! I don’t want to think about staying someplace like that! I hope you love it.

I’ll be interested to see what you think of The Girlfriend. I read Slater’s The Visitor and liked the writing very much, but one of the characters was just too unbelievable, even for a genre where we often suspend disbelief. But Slater is clearly really talented, so I hope you like The Girlfriend better than I did The Visitor.
