TUESDAY POTPOURRI: IT’S NOT HOARDING IF IT’S BOOKS…

Hello, Tuesday!  Another day with book releases and full of eager anticipation.

My pre-ordered book arrived:

The Silent Wife, by Karin Slaughter:

“If you’re into mystery thrillers, then you’re into Karin Slaughter.” —THESKIMM

He watches. He waits. He takes. Who will be next . . .

Yesterday, I discovered a relatively new book from a favorite author, and downloaded it:

Cleo McDougal Regrets Nothing, by Allison Winn Scotch

Politics is a test of wills in a sharp, funny, and emotional novel about truth and consequences by the New York Times bestselling author.

True to my plans to start whittling down the stack of neglected books, I am reading Just Between Us, by Rebecca Drake…

I am totally absorbed in it so far!

Just Between Us winds its roller-coaster plot around our tendency to see exactly what we are looking for—while our little lies take on dangerous lives of their own.” — O, The Oprah Magazine

How is your Tuesday going so far?  New books, old favorites, or books from the dusty TBR shelves?

  1. It’s great when you hit a patch of absorbing books, that’s what its been like for me lately. I haven’t read Allison Winn Scotch except for once and I didn’t really like it. May need to give her another go.
