Another Tuesday brings more book releases…and two of my recent ARCs were released today.  So I went to Amazon to post my reviews on the product pages:

The New Girl, by Harriet Walker, and On Ocean Boulevard, by Mary Alice Monroe.

Then I checked out the available new releases and chose this one:

A Week at the Shore, by Barbara Delinsky

One phone call is all it takes to lure Mallory Aldiss back to her family’s Rhode Island beach home. It’s been twenty years since she’s been gone—running from the scandal that destroyed her parents’ marriage, drove her and her two sisters apart, and crushed her relationship with the love of her life, Jack Sabathian. Twenty years during which she lived in New York, building her career as a photographer and raising her now teenage daughter Joy.

But that phone call makes it clear that something has brought the past forward again—something involving Mallory’s father. Compelled by concern for her family and by Joy’s wish to visit her mother’s childhood home, Mallory returns to Bay Bluff, where conflicting loyalties will be faced and painful truths revealed.

In just seven watershed days at the Rhode Island shore, she will test the bonds of friendship and family—and discover the role that love plays in defining their lives.

I have read and loved Delinsky’s books for many years, so I can’t wait to immerse myself in this one.

As for more releases for today…I may stop downloading for now.  Unless some other book calls out to me.  Meanwhile, I have been adding new books over the past few months, so I could be locked down indefinitely and not run out of reading material.

How do your TBR Stacks look these days?

    1. Thanks, Trish, I have a big notebook in which I list the review books and their release dates, and it sits by my computer where I can keep an eye on it. Old School method. LOL.

I would like an actual week at the shore, too, with this book along for company.
