My Sunday Face
Today has been one of those wonderfully lazy Sundays. First, of course, I created my Sunday Salon post and then clicked around at my various blogs, changing themes and headers. Typical obsessive blogging behavior…lol.
Then I went to the neighborhood mall, where I found some great books at Borders (check out Monday Mailbox tomorrow for more about those!); then, just as I was getting ready to go to the movies, I ran into some friends. They, too, were seeing the same movie. It was fun catching up and watching the movie together…laughing at the same funny parts. I knew I really wanted to see this movie, but it was even better than I’d anticipated. Not a dull moment from start to finish. The Kids Are All Right stars Julianne Moore and Annette Bening, who are two “moms” in an unconventional family. A family that encounters all the usual stresses and anxieties as any other family….
Then I had lunch at one of my favorite restaurants in that mall and finished up a great book. More about that later, too.
